Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and following the measures imposed by government authorities, which include cancelling non-essential activities and restricting entry of non-residents to the territory, we must sadly confirm that Emie R Roussel trioon June 29th 2020
taking place as part of Festival International de Jazz de Montréal is cancelled. While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, we take the safety and health of our guests, staff and community very seriously. We urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials.
Refunds will be processed in the following manner:
- Clients that purchased online or by phone will automatically receive a refund on the credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to thirty (30) business days depending on the financial institution.
- Customers that purchased their tickets in person must return to the point of purchase to obtain their refund.
Winner of the Stingray Rising Stars award at the 2018 Halifax Jazz Festival, the Félix for Jazz Album of the Year at the 2015 Gala de l’ADISQ for their third album “Quantum,” and the 2013–2014 Opus Prize for Jazz Album of the Year for their second album “TRANSIT,” the Emie R Roussel Trio has established itself as an essential part of the contemporary Canadian jazz scene, with a quick ascent since 2010. The trio consists of Emie R Roussel on the piano, Nicolas Bédard on bass, and Dominic Cloutier on drums. Together, they play creative, mesmerizing jazz with undeniable enthusiasm and chemistry.
