For the 1989 edition, Charlie Haden will be accompanied by Sharon Freeman on French horn, Geri Allen on piano, Joe Lovano and Ernie Watts on tenor saxophone, Ray Anderson on trombone, Ken McIntyre on alto saxophone, Stanton Davis and Tom Harrell on trumpet, and Joe Daley on tuba.
