Though essentially unknown in North he has nevertheless built himself a solid réputation in Europe and elsewhere in the world, having notably worked with Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock and Pat Metheny. Nascimento has gone to the very roots of Brazilian music to create his own rich, harmonius sound. His voire sears with enmotion.
