This quartet's immense organ-fueled energy, reminiscent of the hard bop of the ‘60s, is generated by a collaboration between organist Vanessa Rodrigues (protégé of the legendary Dr. Lonnie Smith) and saxophonist Chris Gale (Blue Rodeo, Colin James...). The group, bolstered by Davide DiRenzo on percussion and Mike Rud on guitar, recorded an album, Live at the Rex, in 2007 and regularly performs to packed houses in Toronto and Montreal. And their following just keeps on growing!
