Excellent English guitarist Justin Adams, renowned for his collaboration with Robert Plant, found in Juldeh Camara the perfect ally for a musical encounter between two worlds: Africa and the blues. The Gambian griot, prolific singer, songwriter and master of the riti-single-stringed West African ancestor of the violin-is one of the most eminent Fulani musicians. The collision of British and African sensibilities produced their Soul Science album. This summer, it is our great privilege to bask in their brilliant Afro-blues, on a free outdoor stage, for the first time in Montreal!
