Renaud Garcia-Fons and Jean-Louis Matinier met while in the Orchestre national de jazz (in France). They have something else in common: a drive to challenge musical boundaries. Virtuosi of the double bass and accordion, they push the technical limits of their respective instruments. Their friendship quickly evolved into a deep musical connection, taken to the next step of fulfillment with the release of Fuera in 1999.
