Arnett Cobb

Texas-born Arnett Cobb is a veteran of the tenor sax. The 'Wild Man' of tenor made his debut with Lionel Hampton's orchestra in the '40s. Health problems seriously hampered his career. A childhood spinal injury forced him to stop touring, and a car crash left him with badly crippled legs.
