Alter performing earlier in the evening with their own formations, guitarists John Scofield and Bill Frisell will join forces with drummer Peter Erskine and bassist Marc Johnson for an uplifting performance by Bass Desires. An accompanist valued by all, Marc Johnson gave birth to Bass Desires when he recorded his first album in 1985, followed by a second one just as forceful. An action-packed concert!
