Bob Harrisson is a Québécois musician of varied talents. Drummer for the group "Offenbach" during their prime, he sang "country" with his parents. During his 20-year career, he has played more music in more places Chan one can remember.
Today as a blues singerguitarist, Bob Harrisson presents a superb nine piece band with blues as their theme. A rich blues, filled with the sound of brass, underlined by relentless rythms.
An instrumentalist of many talents --piano, drums, sax and vocals-- Dan Bigras has been playing blues and boogie on the piano for the last 19 years. Besides his own compositions, he plays Muddy Waters, Georges Gershwin, B.B. King and Joe Cocker.
During a one-year residence in New York, Dan Bigra was an accompanist to many a jazz artist. There followed a six-month tour of Europe and he is presently recording with Gerry Boulet.
