Pitbull of Blues Band (The)

The Pitbull of Blues Band

Masterfully led by singer-guitarist-harmonica ace Josh Rowand, this Florida trio has prowled the southern U.S. for the past 15 years. The band, filled out by bassist Deny Rowand and drummer Richie Corricelli, a born stage powerhouse, is a regular on the festival circuit, having won a number of blues challenges and contests. Their bluessteeped repertoire also includes surf, rockabilly and bluegrass titles with plenty of… bite. It’s a first Festival visit that’s sure to make a lotta noise.

I ran towards the Loto-Quebec stage last night to the electrifying sound of Miserlou (Pulp Fiction fame). The band was just Amazing...the place jam-packed & jumping!!! Stayed on for the 11 pm set as well & left singing & dancing to "The Pitbull Boogie" (you had to be there)...LOL. Thanks for such a great night. This was your first in Montreal, but you gotta come back..you hear?..Montreal Loves You!!
