“J’aime le Festival de Jazz” Contest Rules

1. The “J’aime le Festival de Jazz” Contest is organized by Le Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, hereinafter the “Contest Organizer.” It will run from June 4, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to July 7, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

2.1 This Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, representatives and/or agents of the Contest Organizer, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and promotional and contractual partners in this Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) as well as any individual domiciled with the aforementioned and the members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, and children) are not eligible.

 

HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

 

3. You can enter the Contest in one of the following ways:

 

3.1. Visit the www.facebook.com/montrealjazzfest website and click the link under the “Contest” tab on the home page. This will take you to the Contest page. An online entry form will be displayed on screen. Fill out this form by entering your last name, first name, e-mail address, and telephone number (including the area code). Then click “Enter” to submit your entry form by no later than July 7, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

 

3.2. Go to the J’aime le Festival de Jazz tent on the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal site from June 28 to July 7, 2013 between noon and midnight. You can fill out an entry form using one of the tablet PCs provided on the counter, under the supervision of activity leaders.

 

4. THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) NON-PURCHASE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR E-MAIL ADDRESS PER DAY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL VOID ALL ENTRIES FROM THAT PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS.

 

5. All entries become the property of the Contest Organizer.

 

6. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY FORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOUR ENTRY COMPLIES WITH ALL THE CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN THESE RULES. THE CONTEST PARTIES BEAR NO LEGAL LIABILITY REGARDING THEIR USE OF YOUR ENTRY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT THAT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH THE CONTEST RULES.

 

7. GRAND PRIZE

 

7.1. One (1) cheque of $15,000 offered by TD Bank.

 

8. SECONDARY PRIZES

 

8.1. A complete wine cellar containing a selection of wine bottles offered by the SAQ, valued at CA$4,500; the bottles are chosen by the Winner.

8.2. A Fairmont Hotels gift card with a value of CA$3,000 offered by Rio Tinto Alcan. This card is valid at all Fairmont hotels.

 

The Fairmont Hotels gift card may be used to pay for accommodation, spa services, dining, golf course fees and other leisure activities offered at any facility managed by Fairmont Hotels. The prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitution of prizes is permitted, and the prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

 

8.3. An S9 OTC model coffee machine (hereinafter “the Machine”) offered by Jura, with a value of CA$3,000, including taxes.

 

The Winner undertakes to use the Machine under normal conditions, i.e., not for commercial purposes, so that Les Importations Edika can offer a one (1) year warranty. The Winner further undertakes to comply with all the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. The colour, equipment and models may differ from those shown in the photograph of the Machine used in the Contest advertisement;
  2. The choice of the colour of the Machine from among the range of available colours is at the Winner’s sole discretion, subject to availability;
  3. Should the Machine be unavailable for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, production delays caused by work stoppages, part shortfalls, inclement weather, the end of the model run or any other event, Edika reserves the right, subject to approval by the Contest Organizer, to withdraw the Machine or to replace it with another machine of equivalent value;
  4. There is a limit of use to a maximum of 10,000 coffees during the 12-month warranty period. If the Winner exceeds this limit, the warranty will be null and void.
  5. The prize does not include delivery. All fees or costs other than those listed above shall be borne by the Winner, including, but not limited to, normal maintenance costs, the costs of the coffee and any taxes other than those applicable to the purchase of the Machine.

 

8.4. A collection of 50 CDs, offered by Loto-Québec, with a value of $1,000.

 

8.6. A kit with a value of CA$500 offered by SiriusXM Canada, including a recent XM model radio with vehicle equipment, as well as a home kit and a one-year subscription.

9. INSTANT WIN PRIZES

 

9.1. 90 pairs of concert tickets to the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal offered by L’Équipe Spectra, with a total value of $10,000.

 

A random computer-generated draw will be held for the Instant Win Prizes. 90 pairs of tickets will be drawn during the Festival period, from June 28 to July 7, 2013.

 

A random draw will be held from among all the eligible entries received during the Contest period. A total of seven (7) random draws will be held for the Grand Prizes and secondary prizes. The draw will take place in Montreal on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 12:00 p.m.

 

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

10. In order to be declared a Winner and to claim his prize, each person whose entry has been selected in the random draw must:

 

  1. be reachable by telephone or e-mail by the Contest Organizer within five (5) business days of the draw;
  2. correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question asked on the entry ballot or administered by telephone or e-mail, as the case may be;
  3. complete and sign a Declaration & Release Form and return it to the Contest Organizer at the specified address within ten (10) business days of receiving the document.

 

11. Failure to comply with any one of the above conditions or any other condition stipulated in these Contest Rules shall result in the automatic disqualification of the selected entrant’s entry, and a new random draw will be held in accordance with these Contest Rules to award this prize until a new entrant is selected and declared a Winner.

 

12. Upon receipt of the Declaration & Release form duly completed and signed by the Winner and his companion.  The Contest Organizer will either mail the prize directly to the Winner at the address provided on the form or mail a letter to the Winner with instructions on how to claim his prize.

 

In the case of a direct delivery to a specified address, a delay of four (4) to six (6) weeks following receipt by the Contest Organizer of the signed Declaration & Release form applies.

 

ODDS OF WINNING

GRAND PRIZE:

13. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Contest entries received.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

14. All information provided by the entrant during the telephone call must be complete and accurate. The Contest Organizer will not be held liable for any and all telephone problems, unclear voice mail messages, and late/incomplete/erroneously sent prize claims. Any online entry form or entry ballot that is incomplete, illegible, mutilated, reproduced or submitted or received late will be declared null and void and will forfeit the right to a prize. Any non-purchase entry that fails to meet all the required conditions will automatically be disqualified and will ban the person from entering. The Contest Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

 

15. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify, or to cancel the entry or entries of, any person entering or trying to enter this Contest by means contrary to these Rules or in a manner that is unfair to the other entrants (e.g. using automated equipment to enter the contest, hacking, or number of entries exceeding the allowable limits). Such persons may be reported to the competent legal authorities. The Contest Organizer’s decision in this regard is final and is not subject to appeal.

 

16. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE, ALTER THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE CONTEST ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SAID PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

 

17. Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed. NO SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZES IS PERMITTED EXPECT BY THE CONTEST ORGANIZER IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE CONTEST ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ANOTHER PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF A PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR CREDIT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

18. Entrants agree to comply with these official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Contest Organizer, which are final and not subject to appeal. This Contest is subject to all applicable laws. By entering the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Organizer, its affiliated and related companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. In order to be declared Winners and before obtaining their prizes, the selected entrants will be required to sign and return within the time period indicated on the documents a Declaration & Release form in this regard.

 

19. By entering the Contest, the entrants consent to the disclosure of their name, place of residence, photograph or other likeness, without compensation or notice, for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any media or format (including the Internet) in connection with this Contest or similar future contests, and will agree to and sign any documentation that may be required in connection with this undertaking or deemed necessary by the Contest Organizer.

 

20. All entries become the property of L’Équipe Spectra. If a selected entrant entered the Contest via the Internet, he may be required to provide the Contest Organizer with proof that he is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry.

 

21. The Winners will be announced via Facebook post after each draw. The announcements will be posted on the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal Facebook page at www.facebook.com/montrealjazzfestand under the “Contest” tab.

 

22. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, the entrant is considered to be the person whose contact information appears on the no-purchase contest entry form, the online entry form or entry ballot. It is this person who will be asked to answer the mathematical skill-testing question and to whom the prize will be remitted if the person is declared the Winner. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to request a piece of identification prior to remitting the prize.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

 

23. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Any information that you provide in this Contest is submitted to the Contest Organizer and not to Facebook, and will be used only as stated in the Contest Rules. All participants (and, if the entrant has not attained the age of majority in his province or territory of residence, his parent or legal guardian) fully release Facebook from any and all liability. Any questions, suggestions or complaints regarding the Contest must be addressed to the Contest Organizer and not to Facebook.

 

24. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, the Contest Organizer, its affiliated companies, employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Contest Website users or by any equipment or program utilized by the Contest or associated with it, or by any human or technical error that may occur in the Contest entry process; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation of the website or any transmission in connection with the Contest; (iii) any communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iv) any problems with, or technical malfunction of, any telephone network or line, computer on-line systems, servers or providers of computer hardware or software, or failure of e-mail which may occur due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (v) any damage to a third party’s computer related to or resulting from entering, or downloading material for, this Contest. If the Contest cannot be run as planned for any reason whatsoever, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, if required. The Contest Organizer, its affiliated companies and the suppliers of prizes and services related to this Contest may under no circumstances be held responsible to award more prizes than those indicated in these Contest Rules otherwise than in compliance with these Contest Rules. By entering the Contest, you are deemed to have consented to the Contest Rules, notably with respect to the absolute limit on the number of prizes described above.

 

25. By entering or attempting to enter this Contest, all individuals automatically release the Contest Organizer, its advertising and promotional agencies, and its employees, agents and representatives, from any and all liability for any damages they may incur due to their entry or attempted entry in this Contest.

 

QUEBEC RESIDENTS

26. Any litigation respecting the conduct of organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.

 

27. The masculine gender is used here solely in the interests of readability and has no discriminatory intent.

 

PRIVACY

28. Personal information about entrants is collected by the Contest Organizer for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. Other informational or marketing communications may be received by the entrant unless the entrant informs the Contest Organizer of his explicit refusal to receive such communications. To obtain all information regarding L’Équipe Spectra’s policy regarding the protection of user privacy and personal information, please see our Privacy Policy at http://www.infolettrespectra.ca/politique_confidentialite_fr.aspx. You agree that the Contest Organizer may disclose your personal information to the contractors responsible for providing us with specific services such as organizing the Contest or managing the operations of our Websites, databases or for other reasons related to the operation of our business. The affiliated companies are required to keep your personal information secure and confidential and must respect our privacy policy. Their use of your personal information is always restricted to the specific services to be carried out for us. "ZOOM IN ON THE JAZZ FEST" CONTEST
CONTEST RULES

1. The "ZOOM IN ON THE JAZZ FEST" contest (hereinafter the "Contest") is sponsored by the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal (hereinafter the "Contest Organizer" in collaboration with L.L. Lozeau Ltée (hereinafter "L.L. Lozeau"). The Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 28, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 4, 2013.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

2. This Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. No purchase is necessary. The Contest is not open to employees of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, L’Équipe Spectra Inc., L.L. Lozeau, and Canon, or to their representatives and agents, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and promotional partners connected with this Contest, or to any individuals having taken part in the design, production, or distribution of the contest material, members of the selection committee (jury), or any members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, and children) and any individuals domiciled with the aforementioned.

HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

3. To submit a photo and enter the Contest, you must first visit the outdoor site of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal between June 28, 2013 and July 4, 2013 and take a photo. To submit your photo, you must then visit https://www.facebook.com/montrealjazzfest and click on the "PHOTO Contest" tab on the home page. This will take you to the Contest page. Click on the "Enter" tab. You will be redirected to an online registration form (http://www.montrealjazzfest.com/friends-of-the-festival/zoom-festival-contest.aspx). Fill out the form by entering your last name, first name, email address, telephone number (including the area code), city, and type of camera used. You must also check off (√) the "I have read and accepted the contest rules" box and attach the photo you wish to submit. Then click "Submit" to submit your entry form by no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 4, 2013.

3.1. If possible, keep the original photo with the highest possible resolution for future promotional purposes.

3.2. On July 5, 2013, a jury comprised of representatives of L.L. Lozeau will make a first selection of the 50 best photos based on entrant eligibility, where the photo was taken (it must have been taken on the outdoor site of the 2013 edition of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal), and the following technical and artistic criteria: visual impact, originality, relevance to the proposed theme, and photographic processing.

The photographs selected during the first round will be presented in mosaic format from 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 5, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 7, 2013 on the Facebook application of our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/montrealjazzfest).

3.3. Public vote. A voting period will be open to the public from 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 5, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 2

July 7, 2013. To vote, visit our Facebook page, click on the "Like" button, then on the "PHOTO Contest" tabs. Choose your favourite photo and click on the "Vote" button.

3.4. Jury vote. During a second round of selection, which will take place on July 5, 2013, the jury will select the best photo from among the 50 best photos based on the following criteria: visual impact, originality, relevance to the proposed theme, and photographic processing.

4. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS AND ONE (1) PHOTO. Multiple entries from the same person or same email address will void all entries received from that person or email address,

5. All entries and photos submitted in this Contest become the property of the Contest Organizer as soon as they have been transmitted.

6. By submitting your entry, you confirm that your entry complies with all the terms set forth in these Rules. You hereby release the Contest Organizer, as well as L’Équipe Spectra Inc., L.L. Lozeau, and Canon, their representatives and agents, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, promotional partners connected with this Contest, and any other parties or interested persons otherwise associated with this Contest, from all liability for any damages you may suffer as a result of use of your entry and of any material submitted, if it is subsequently established that you did not fully comply with the Rules of the Contest.

JURY PRIZE

7. Canon EOS 5D Mark III kit with 24-105mm L IS (value: $3,899.99).

The Jury Prize will be awarded to the entrant who has submitted the photo selected by the jury as the best photo.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE PRIZE

8. Canon EOS 6D kit with 24-70mm f/4 L (value: $2,999.99).

The People’s Choice Prize will be awarded to the entrant whose photo receives the most votes.

PHOTO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

9. The following rules apply to the photos submitted and the entrants, as the case may be:

9.1. Any photo submitted must be original (a photo qualified as original was taken by the entrant and reflect his artistic expression. It is not a copy, in whole or in part, of a photo that has been published elsewhere.

9.2. The photo must not contain any inappropriate content, notably content that is sexually explicit, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, libellous, violent, malicious, hateful, content that may offend the standards of public decency prevailing in Québec society or that disparages the products or services of the Contest Organizer, L’Équipe Spectra Inc., L.L. Lozeau, Canon, their representatives and agents, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and promotional partners connected with the Contest. Nor shall the photo contain any suggestive images promoting any illegal activities. 3

9.3. By participating in the Contest, each entrant who submits a photo affirms, represents, and warrants that his photo:

  1. has not been submitted in any other contest;
  2. has not been submitted elsewhere for publication;
  3. has not been published, rendered public, or been the subject of advertising;
  4. has not won any prizes.

9.4. All submissions must be digital photos. Montages or collages of several images by electronic means are not permitted.

9.5. Each entrant (a) declares and warrants that his photo is an original work of which he is the sole author, and hereby waives in favour of the Contest Organizer any and all moral rights he may have in relation to his entry in respect of the uses mentioned herein; (b) warrants and agrees that his photo does not infringe upon any person’s rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, personal or other proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, or civil rights); and (c) further agrees, before being awarded any prize whatsoever, to sign the Declaration and Liability Waiver form (the "Declaration Form") received from the Contest Organizer, notably certifying the aforementioned points.

9.6. By entering the Contest, each entrant grants the Contest Organizer the right to edit, adapt, publish, use, reproduce, and distribute his photo worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation of any kind and for all forms of media, including but not limited to newspapers, books, websites (including social media), and television channels.

9.7. All Entry forms and Declaration forms become the property of the Contest Organizer.

9.8. Given the nature of this Contest and the terms and conditions for entering and publishing the photos, it may be difficult or impossible for the Contest Organizer to identify non-eligible content or content for which the necessary permissions are not held. The Contest Organizer does not require additional documents from entrants showing that they have obtained the necessary permissions prior to publishing the photos. Consequently, if the photo submitted does not comply with these Rules or if the Contest Organizer has reason to believe that it is non-compliant, it reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify the entry, remove part of the photo, or alter it in whole or in part, notably to cover the elements concerned. If the photo is not published or is withdrawn, no registration will be granted for this photo. No notice or explanation will be provided to the entrant regarding the publication or not or the withdrawal of the photo submitted.

ODDS OF WINNING

10. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries recorded, the jury’s initial selection, the number of votes (People’s Choice Prize), and the jury’s final selection (Jury Prize).

By entering the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Organizer, its advertising agencies, and their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or for any prize won. In order to be declared winners and before obtaining their prizes, the selected entrants will be required to sign and return a Declaration and Liability Waiver from in this regard.

16. By entering the Contest, the entrants consent to the disclosure, publication, or use of their names, place of residence, photograph, or other likeness, without compensation or notice of any kind, for publicity, advertising, or informational purposes in any media or format (including the Internet) in connection with this Contest or similar future contests, and agree to and will sign any document in respect of this undertaking or deemed necessary by the Contest Organizer.

17. Each selected entrant may be required to provide the Contest Organizer with proof that he is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry forms.

18. The winners of the People’s Choice Prize and of the Jury Prize will be announced on July 8, 2013. The names of the winners will be announced and posted on July 8, 2013 on the Facebook pages of the Contest Organizer and of L.L. Lozeau, as well as on the Contest’s Facebook application. The names of the winners may also be mentioned at the Contest Organizer’s results media conference or in its results news release.

19. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, the entrant is considered to be the person whose contact information appears on the online entry form. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to require a piece of identification prior to remitting a prize.

20. In order to claim his prize, each winner must (a) be reached by the Contest Organizer within fifteen (15) days of announcement of the winners; (b) sign a Declaration and Liability Waiver form that he will receive by regular mail, fax, or online, and return it to the Contest 5

Organizer within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Failure to comply with any one of the aforementioned conditions shall result in the disqualification of the winner and possibly a decision to refuse to award him the prize.

21. Any person selected for a prize acknowledges that upon receipt of confirmation of his prize from the Contest Organizer, all services to be rendered in connection with this prize become the sole responsibility of the prize supplier.

22. If any section of these rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable, or invalid by a competent Court of Law, that section will be considered null and void, but all other sections that are not affected will be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

23. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Rules, the French version will prevail.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

24. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Any information that you provide in this Contest is submitted to the Contest Organizer and not to Facebook, and will be used only as stated in the Contest Rules. All participants fully release Facebook from any and all liability. Any questions, suggestions, or complaints regarding the Contest must be addressed to the Contest Organizer and not to Facebook.

25. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, the Contest Organizer, L’Équipe Spectra, L.L. Lozeau, Canon, and their affiliated companies, employees, agents and representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and promotional partners connected with the Contest, shall not be liable for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Contest website users or by any equipment or program utilized by the Contest or associated with it, or by any human or technical error that may occur in the Contest entry process; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation of the website or any transmission in connection with the Contest; (iii) any communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iv) any problems with, or technical malfunction of, any telephone network or line, computer online systems, services, or providers of computer hardware or software, or failure of email which may occur due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (v) any damage to a third party’s computer related to or resulting from entering, or downloading material for, this Contest. If the Contest cannot be run as planned for any reason whatsoever, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, if required. The Contest Organizer, its affiliated companies, and the suppliers of prizes and services related to this Contest may under no circumstances be held responsible to award more prizes than those indicated in these Contest Rules otherwise than in compliance with these Rules. Entering the Contest implies that you have consented to the Contest Rules, notably with respect to the absolute limit on the number of prizes described above.

FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS

26. Any litigation concerning the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 6

You further agree that the Contest Organizer may disclose your personal information to the companies responsible for providing us with specific services such as organizing the Contest or managing the operations of our websites and databases or for other reasons related to the operation of our business or of the Contest. Their use of your personal information is always restricted to the specific services to be carried out for us.
