Never too much of a good thing contest rules

1. To participate fill in the entry form on the contest page The Gazette-Jazz Contest 2013 on the website www.montrealjazzfest.com/thegazette, or fill out the form in The Gazette’s print edition from June 3th to June 8th 2013 at midnight, inclusively. Contest adverts, featuring a form and a drive to the virtual form, will be published in The Gazette's print editions on June 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of 2013 and on www.montrealjazzfest.com/thegazette;
2. Participants must fill in all required fields on the contest entry form page on the website www.montrealjazzfest.com/thegazette or the required fields on the print form. Participants will be registered to win by clicking on the "submit" button or by sending in the print form to this address: 400 Maisonneuve Bvld West, 8th floor, Montreal, QC, H3A 1L4;
3. The final time and date for participation is June 10, 2013 at midnight;
4. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entry forms received before the deadline;
5. Winning draw will be held on June 14th, 2013 at noon, 400 Maisonneuve Blvd West, 9th floor, Montreal. The winner will receive confirmation by phone about his or her prize and about how to pick it up;
6. One person can participate as many times as they want, but only one entry per day per email address or residential address will be valid;
7. One (1) prize, consisting of:
   • Two (2) tickets for Chucho Valdés & the Afro-Cuban Messengers,
     at Théâtre Maisonneuve of la Place des Arts
     June 28, 2013 at 8 p.m.

   • Two (2) tickets for Joshua Redman Quartet,
     at Maison Symphonique de Montréal
     June 29, 2013 at 7 p.m.
     Value: $137
   • Two (2) tickets for Lyle Lovett and Chris Isaak,
     at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier of la Place des Arts
     July 4, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.
     Value: $199
   • Two (2) tickets for Nikki Yanofsky,
     at Théâtre du Nouveau Monde
     July 5, 2013 at 8 p.m.
     Value: $137
   • Two (2) tickets for Soweto Gospel Choir,
     at Maison Symphonique de Montréal
     July 6, 2013 at 7 p.m.
     Value: $141
8. Total value of the prize: $755.
9. Prize must be accepted as is, and will not be redeemable in cash;
10. The organizers, and/or persons benefiting from the organisation of this contest, will not be accountable in any way, in case of incapacity of action would be resulting from any fact or situation out of their control, or from a strike, lock-out or any other manner of working conflict in their workplace or in the associated parties involved in the organisation of this contest's workplaces;
11. The following people cannot participate in this contest: the employees, agents, representatives, management and direction from the following companies: L'Équipe Spectra, The Gazette, and all sponsors associated with the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal 2013;
12. No purchase required. This contest is open to any Quebec resident, 18 years or older;
13. Any contention regarding the organisation or the handling of this contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for it to be resolved. Any contention about the prize's attribution can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only to have them intervene to have it resolved;
14. The rules of this contest are available at the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal's head office, located at 400 De Maisonneuve Blvd West, 9th floor in Montreal, or at montrealjazzfest.com/thegazette.
