With their group Sacbé, the Toussaint brothers-Eugenio on piano, Enrique on bass and Fernando on drums-have been central figures in the emergence of Mexican jazz in the past 30 years. Founded in 1976, Sacbé is the first Mexican band to create his own recording label. At the 2008 edition of the Festival, the group offered audiences an ambitious brand of jazz full of warmth and affinity. This festive trio also has a hand in organizing the Riviera Maya Jazz Festival.
