Born in Italy, Enrico Crivellaro formed his first trio while still a teenager. A scholarship awarded by the National Guitar Workshop allowed him to develop his craft in the United States. The guitarist flourished under the supervision of experienced teachers, including Ronnie Earl and Duke Robillard. After a stay in Boston, where he enjoyed the lively music scene, Crivellaro moved to Los Angeles. Despite a busy schedule, he found time to study at UCLA with jazz guitarist Kenny Burell. In 2009, he released the album Mojo Zone, which includes blues instrumental compositions.
