Blessed with incomparable talent, she is capable of producing a diverse range of sounds from a koto to a fanfare or an operatic choir-her music has even accompanied astronauts into space. A master of the six-string guitar, she excels in many genres, especially folk, classical, jazz, and bluegrass. She teaches guitar and has published several teaching manuals.
