Singer-songwriter Adam Cohen cut his teeth with various rock outfits before launching his solo career in 1998. His self-titled debut album came out under the very same Columbia label that released his illustrious father Leonard's first recording some 30 years earlier. In 2004, the Montreal-born artist followed up with French effort Mélancolista. The same year, he joined Low Millions, singing and playing guitar on the LA band's first record, Ex-Girlfriends-he also penned most of the songs. For his third solo set, 2011's critically-acclaimed Like a Man, Cohen took inspiration from the musical heritage of his dad.
