This young Haitian has been a regular at major festivals in Montreal since the early 2000s. A singer, writer, performer, artistic director and producer, he excels on both the acoustic and the electric guitar, and critics have singled out his versatility. As early as age 19, he played in an afro-roots quartet that toured the Caribbean, France and Haiti. In 2004, he accompanied Gage and Corneille on stage, and in 2007 he released his first solo album, which fuses pop and traditional music from the Caribbean, the Americas and Africa. Liberté dans le noir came out in 2012.
