Bryan Lee was first spellbound by the blues at a Ray Charles concert in 1962. After leaving his native Wisconsin and moving to New Orleans in the 80s, Lee played the Old Absinthe Bar on Bourbon Street for more than 15 years. Today, the blind bluesman heads up the Blues Power Band and continues to perform in clubs and at several festivals, including the Festival. Bryan Lee has released several albums, including Live & Dangerous, recorded at the now defunct Spectrum.
